VOICES 4 CHOICES Supporting People User Involvement & Advocacy Hello, my name is Patricia Wood and I am the Advocacy and User Involvement Team leader. I am responsible for providing advocacy and user involvement to Supporting People service users and carers. I am here to help you get involved in the SURGe group - Service User Reference Group. This is a group that is actively involved in having their say about how Supporting People services are planned, delivered and evaluated. I can help you with issues you may have in regards to your Supporting People service. For example: if you have a complaint about a service, have been refused a service or your service has ceased.
